PICK UP

For all pick up orders, please select “Store Pick Up” during checkout.  If you know the day you would like to pickup or you need wheelchair access please let us know in the message box.

You will be sent an email to confirm that your item is ready for collection.

We are located at 26 Gilby Street, Linwood, Christchurch 8011.

The items will we left in a safe place at the door for collection.

For oversized or very delicate items we may contact you to arrange a time for pick up.

CHRISTCHURCH DELIVERY:

All of our items are available for next-day or elected delivery within Christchurch City & the outer suburbs.

Delivery is calculated at checkout via postcode. 

We accept orders until 7 pm for next-day delivery.

We fulfil deliveries daily from Monday to Sunday, between 10 and 7 pm.

NOTE: We do not fulfil deliveries on statutory holidays.

We guarantee delivery by 5 pm to businesses and before 7 pm to residences.

Our courier will leave your order: (1) at the recipient’s front door (weather permitting) OR (2) with reception (if available). Having done so, our courier will inform the recipient by phone.

In cases of severe weather flowers cannot be left exposed outside. If the recipient isn’t available, we will automatically reschedule the delivery for an alternate date/time we deem safe.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

Due to the delicate nature and the size of some of our items we only offer nationwide shipping to selected items. Use our shop menu or search “nationwide shipping”. Orders will be sent out the following day and usually take 3-4 days.

Smaller items are $20 large are $40.

PACKAGING

Local Christchurch orders are gift wrapped and packaged in an open-faced gift box or kraft gift bag, using natural or silver paper, tissue paper and tied with raffia or material ribbon. It includes our branded note/care card and if this is given as a gift an envelope with your note enclosed.

Nationwide shipped items are carefully secured in a box and packaged in tissue and ribbon with a branded note card and if this is given as a gift an envelope with your note enclosed.
