Local delivery and pickup are offered daily from Monday to Sunday 10am -7pm.

PICK UP

For all pick up orders, please select “Store Pick Up” during checkout.  If you know the day you would like to pickup or you need wheelchair access please let us know in the message box.

You will be sent an email to confirm that your item is ready for collection.

We are located at 26 Gilby Street, Linwood, Christchurch 8011.

The items will we left in a safe place at the door for collection.

For oversized or very delicate items we may contact you to arrange a time for pick up.

DELIVERY

Delivery is calculated at checkout via postcode.  We deliver to all postal codes in Christchurch city and the outer suburbs.

We accept orders until 7 pm for next-day delivery.

We fulfil deliveries daily from Monday to Sunday, between 10 and 7 pm.

NOTE: We do not fulfil deliveries on statutory holidays.

We guarantee delivery by 5 pm to businesses and before 7 pm to residences.

Our courier will leave your order: (1) at the recipient’s front door (weather permitting) OR (2) with reception/concierge (if available). Having done so, our courier will inform the recipient by phone.

In cases of severe weather flowers cannot be left exposed outside. If the recipient isn’t available, we will automatically reschedule the delivery for an alternate date/time we deem safe.

PACKAGING

Your order is packaged in an open-faced box or kraft gift bag or cardboard box, using natural or silver paper, tissue paper and hemp twine. It includes our branded note/care card , tied with raffia or material ribbon.
